Increases the number of points/CVs in a curve or surface without changing its shape.
This tool is useful for adding detail to 
curves and surfaces.
Select the curves or surface to refine and press Enter to confirm your selection.
Click the Refine tool on the Model tab.
You can specify the amount of refinement in the parameter editor.
